Last Friday, my wife and I visited the Moss branch at Leeds Trinity in the afternoon. The shop was quiet, and the staff were standing around talking to each other. Unfortunately, no one came over to offer us any help or advice, so I decided not to buy anything and left disappointed.
Today (Sunday), we visited the Moss shop at York Designer Outlet. Even though the store was busy and seemed a bit short-staffed, a lovely lady named Sarah approached us and helped me choose the right suits and trousers in terms of size and colour. She kindly spent around half an hour with us, and thanks to her help, we found the perfect suit.
The manager, Martin, was also incredibly helpful. I even told them I?d rather drive 50 minutes to York than return to the Leeds branch, simply because of the great customer service we received here.
A big thank you to Sarah and Martin! I hope the Leeds branch works on improving their customer service.

I recently purchased a suit for my wedding from your store in York, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease during what can be a stressful process. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered great advice on fit, style, and fabric choices. The suit itself was tailored perfectly and looked amazing on the big day. The attention to detail was exceptional, and I could tell they truly care about providing top-notch service. Had some issues with a kilt hire arranged in August for an October wedding - just wasn't right and was 72 hours before the wedding. However I cannot flaw the turnaround pulled off by the guys instore. I was fitted for a tux the next day, hassle free, the young lady (Lilly?) was great fun, really understanding of the situation, and extremely helpful in fitting and advising on the tux & accessories. As was the manager (didn't catch his name unfortunately), the situation was in no way his fault but he was very apologetic about the issues and was keen and quick to rectify it. Fair, the issues shouldn't have happened and a tux wasn't the plan, but it's how you fix it. I was very well looked after, the problem was solved, and I'm not going to my sister's wedding in my socks and pants. Thanks again guys.

Thanks to (martin) hope I got the name right, 6th June 2024, a mix up with suit pants at fleetwood moss bros, but thanks to the york branch pants we're altered and next day delivery, which we received, all sorted, nothing was too much trouble, thank you,

Great customer service today at the York outlet MossBros. Looked like we couldn?t get the right size jacket but the 2 sales consultants went out of their way to find the right size in a different store, pick it up then post it to us within the timeframe we need it for. Couldn?t have asked for better service.

Travelled to York looking for a wedding suit and we were not disappointed we were helped by a lady called Catherine who was great she was honest and nothing was a problem, the shop was busy but you didn?t feel like you were waiting as staff always checked on you and were aware of the wait for fitting rooms. Would highly recommend this shop!

I got an email from moss bros to pop into any store for a suit fitting for my friends wedding. The store was particularly busy and the supervisor who wasn't in uniform refused to serve me because it was too busy and I didn't have an appointment. She rudely dismissed me and passed me onto another colleague.
Luckily Dan was on hand to assist in my suit fitting and was very professional. He even apologised for her supervisor's behaviour in the way she spoke to me. He was 5 stars for customer service but the supervisor clearly doesn't not lead by example.

Went to this shop yesterday and was served by a lady called Andrea knew exactly what my husband wanted for our daughter wedding in April she advised us very well knew exactly what we needed would recommend this store to anyone but not the store in Leeds
