Very disappointed with the small breakfast I ordered, 1 sausage,1 fried egg; 1 slice bacon, 1 hash brown, small pot of beans and a slice of toast all crammed on a small plate. The egg was hard,the sausage and hash brown were overdone and tasted like the fat that they were cooked in needed changing. Not like it used to be it was always really nice. Tables were dirty and hardly any cutlery and serviettes out.

I?m in York on a visit. Thought I?d try Morrisons small breakfast - arrived egg yolk broken and all cold. Asked for it to be swapped out and asked if I wanted it microwaved! or 15 mins wait! Obviously, chose not to microwave a fried breakfast. Second time around not much better slightly warmer. Such a shame. I know it?s a small breakfast but the plate does need to be bigger.

Despite other people's opinions, the Morrisons café is amazing.I went there today after shopping and I thoroughly enjoyed the food.Great service from Sam specifically helping me with allergy information and what would be best to pick out.

Soup was very tasty with a lovely soft roll.
Small breakfast was served on a warm plate but food was not hot, hash brown was overcooked and warm. Egg yolk overcooked, overall was tasty but just needed to be hotter.

Between their ever changing menu and closing times as well as changing the coffee to self serve you never know where you are. Used to go a lot but have just had the last straw finding out they close at 5 instead of 6 now. They'll also lose my weekly shop as well.

Food is terrible and the service is a complete joke. Ladies working that clearly don't want to be there. Miserable is an understatement. Boarder line rude. Sack the lot and close the dump.

Diabolical Food. Served a rock hard burger, complained and was replaced by another Rock hard burger. Never again!

Got dinner here and disappointed. I didn't expect anything gourmet as a super market cafe. Both dishes I got very ok taste wise but a bit cold. I was very put off by finding a hair on one plate which I stopped eating from, only to find another hair in the other dish! My partners food was also very oily and just not tasty. I will not be coming again.

Popped in a couple of times while stopping in Stratford. First day I had the Ultimate Breakfast (£7), Was all cooked well and very filling - didn't eat again till night time Service was friendly and speedy. Next day I had a Bacon Roll & Cappuccino (£3.50 deal). Hot drinks are serve yourself (i think) so treated myself to a hot chocolate as well. Would recommend to anyone staying in Stratford who doesn't mind a bit of a walk in the morning.
