This must be a terrible place to work because I find the staff to be miserable and often rude, no thank you and please. I have emailed customer services but response was pretty poor by saying they will pass it onto the store manager and the store manager doesnt seem to do anything.
Tried the cafe a few times and again the staff are very miserable. There is never anyone on the till and the food is at best luke warm. In future I will eat in one of the small cafes in Boroughbridge where they would be happy for my money.

Only 1 till for paying by cash. Shelfs empty. Staff running round packing for online shopping that don't move out of your way. Been run down over the last few years thay don't like taking cash. Wish they just closed the doors

Worst shop I ever seen. Using it every week for click and collect. First of all every time few unavailable items, but when I go inside the shop I always find item was unavailable in the shelf. Today I came to collect the order and waited 35 minutes someone to come out. 6 cars was waiting, I came first and get my order last, as one staff guy likes to have a 15 minute conversation with customer instead of doing his job. So thank you guys , and minus one customer ?

I don't appreciate being threatened by short little grey haired delivery drivers who enter the store via the self scan trolley aisle (instead of a proper entrance). 1. Ramming my trolley out the way and 2. Threatening me when I told me it wasn't an entrance. The look in my eyes told him it wouldn't last two seconds and he scurried away like a little rat.
Stop delivery drivers cutting up the self checkouts and ramming customers and trolleys when there clearly isn't room

Can someone tell me why when we ordered fish and chips on the self order machine and had the order confirmation, when we sat down a member of the over worked cafe staff came and told us that they had no fish! On a Saturday lunch time? We were offered scampi instead which we accepted but had to ask for the difference to be refunded. To say this particular Morrisons cafe has gone down hill is an understatement. But what gets me is while the young members of staff were left to deal with the problems, the cafe manager only poked her nose out of the kitchen area once and 3 senior members of staff just sat around while customers were waiting for clean cutlery and crockery. The young staff were very good indeed. Perhaps Morrisons need to buck up

Decent supermarket, has a cafe and the meals aren?t quite Gordon Ramsey, they are ok and
reasonably priced. They also do a hot breakfast for over 60?s for £5.
