Large store, well stocked buuuut 2 things:
1. Bought chicken and it was fowl (da dum chhh). Cooked it on the day of purchase and it was inedible. Smelt off when I opened the packet.
2. The staff on the self check-out have such apathy it's unreal. No rush to address problems even if you are waiting for minutes, standing talking and seem irritated when you interrupt their chat. And even when you are polite with your pleases and thank yous, it's not reciprocal.
Better shops about.

This Morrisons is a decent size, well laid out, clean and airy.
Unlike some of the other Morrisons I have visited there were plenty of staff available to answer questions and the checkout moved quite quickly.
I didn?t have much time to shop this last time so was whizzing around but it was good to see a wide range of products in the World Food and the Free From section.
Toilets are clean and well appointed. The carpark has 2hours free parking but I usually travel by bus as there is a bus stop just at the edge of the carpark.

Great in everyway, other than the little kids trollies!
Whilst cute and fun for about two minutes, they are a hazard to other shoppers and an unnecessary evil which really needs to go, please!

Not my favourite store felt like I was entering a prison two layers of gates to enter all spirits under lock and key and barriers on exit , a sign of the times

A supermarket with a wide range of goods: groceries, household chemicals, some medications, flowers, dishes, etc.! Open from Monday to Friday until 22:00, on Saturday the working day is shorter, but I don?t remember exactly until when, it seems until 18:00, on Sunday until 16:00. I don't normally leave reviews but after today I felt I must. I wanted to say a big thankyou to all the staff who helped my husband and I today when he was taken ill 10/02/25 at your Foss islands store. They acted compassionately, caring and efficiently without being asked too making sure we were OK. In this day and age it restores your faith in people and was much appreciated I wish I had got their names they all deserve a big pat on the back, morrisons please note, value your staff there amazing xx
