“I visited the store today (13th of September) to receive help with my phone settings. I did not expect to receive much attention as I knew it was not a phone issue but rather me not understanding how to do it. It was about signing in. A young lady greeted me at the door and asked me if she could take a look at the phone. She talked me through all the steps and did everything for me, but in a way that would allow me to do it by my self if needed be. I was surprised by the amount of time she spent with me explaining everything because some people walked in right after me. She was very kind. I was surprised because not even I have that patience for myself sometimes! And she did not rush at all despite spending a long time with me knowing she wouldn’t get any commission because I wasn’t buying. I took her name (Judy) so when I go back she will definitely be my point of contact. Very nice girl.\\nWell done!”

And they stand behind their warranties too, whereas eBay is a gamble in that respect.
