I had such a lovely time in store today. I was greeted by a lovely smiley lady called Emma and she was so helpful. I only came in for a browse but ended up buying a gorgeous dress! I?ll definitely be coming again, especially if Emma is working x

I wouldn?t give it one star but you have to give a star to write:Today I entered the Kors store, upon this, I witnessed one of the staff- a male - look to his fellow employee and make a gesture with his hands which I got the impression he was commenting on me being a big girl! He knew I seen him, he was looking at me, at this, another staff member quickly came over asking if I was ok, whilst I was looking at the over priced, over produced bags tacky bags! Tell me, is it the case that you have to be a certain size or age to wear these bags? It really doesn?t bode well to insult customers, who do notice how they are treat in a store, I went to Osprey, much better class of bags and staff?. And personally if I used a bin bag it would have more character.

Myself and my partner visited York designer outlet, with a view to visiting yourselfs, Ospray and a couple of others.On entering your store, you weren't very busy all your staff and the manager stood on the shop floor looked missarable, nobody greeted us and in your shoe department the girl stood supposedly helping customers looked like she wanted to be else where, again she just rolled her eyes, for a retailer that sells expensive stuff, you look like you hate customers, we left and spent £850 in Ospray on bags.Good luck staying open.
