Absolute joke! My partner ordered a mc chicken sandwich meal and 6 chicken nuggets.. they gave us a mc crispy for some strange reason, a flat warm coke and stale chicken nuggets! How difficult is it to get an order correct and actually give customers fresh products! Complete rip off

I had a terrible experience with McDonald?s Click and Serve today. I ordered 3 Wrap of the Day meals and a Double Cheeseburger, but when I got back to work, I realized they missed out a Wrap, the Double Cheeseburger, and some fries! I tried calling multiple times throughout the day to get this sorted, but no one answered the phone at any point. I?m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service. It?s hard to trust an order when you can?t even get in touch with anyone for help. Would not recommend this location.

Absolutely disgusting. Hair in food. Actually thick long black hair in the middle of my wrap. When politely showing staff and asking why no staff have hair nets on I was told they don?t need them unless preparing food. I pointed out a man with long hair doing chips who?s hair was dangling and a girl with long dark hair making burger who?s hair was loose. Along with all other staff. I was told they?ve just started and will get them to put a net on.
Staff became rude and stood staring at us. Avoid at all cost.

Sloppiest Big Mac I've ever had , had far too much Big ,Mac sauce which was sickly , Cheese burger also had too much sauce which made it super salty and sickly, Fries were nicely salted and hot and was the best thing I bought. Table, bins and coffee/sauce station filthy.

Very weird atmosphere in there today. Service was extremely slow and wasn't particularly busy in store. Food was typical mediocre McDonald's!?

On pulling up I was able to select drive thru on the app to collect my order, when we got to the window we were told that we couldn't use the drive thru I'd have to go in. This is the second time this has happened now, it's annoying but worse is that the app is so terrible that my order couldn't be cancelled and I had to order again. It used to be worth while for decent food at a good price but prices are outrageous for what's offered now and the service is terrible

Stayed for both breakfast and dinner ( killing time before hospital appointment) and food was hot and fresh. Chips weren't very salty and not the best by a long chalk. Everything else was good. Toilets ok except a bit muddy and it was quiet and manager could have cleaned up the clods going from the toilets to the entrance. But it was ok
