Excellent customer service,we went looking for an evening suit,and on having a bit of a problem location wise and avialability on selection,was met with a charming and extremely helpful young lady who although busy,was still able to take time out and help us get over the finish line.\\nNo hesitation in paying more visits to this store.?

I think everyone likes M\\u0026S for something or other. Plenty of everything at very reduced prices.Good quality stuff for children to all ages in fashion and footwear. Some household goods.

Staff friendly shame the garment was wrongly priced and to add insult to injury overcharged. As I had bought several things only found tag at the bottom of the bag for £14:50 but receipt showed a charge of £25. As I live in Northumberland tried to sort this out at hexham M &S only to be told it must be returned to an outlet store.!! Ridiculous as most people travel some distance to shop in these places. I did get it sorted at dalton park a round trip of approx 35 miles so beware any problems the main M&S stores will not accept outlet goods even when the mistake has been in-store . They lost the complete sale and I wasted petrol and parking will think twice before I shop at m&S outlet again.
