Bobbed in today just to buy some bubble bars and got chatting to the lady behind the counter called Charlie! She was so nice and took the time to go through samples with me for my hair as I mentioned it was slightly curly yet I didn?t have a hair routine, she kindly showed me the best products she recommends and personally uses, she also showed me step by step how to use them and even wrote down a method for me to take home!! Really lovely worker and I thank her for taking the time to show me what to do and provided me with free samples to use . Thankyou !!

Amy and Charlie helped myself with a massage bar and my little girl with a bath bomb. They both showed lots of interest and patience. She is only four and has been a bit of a handful before we called into the store. But she was so happy with the interaction and and attention she received from both of them. Thank you so very much! I didn?t find my reference card till now, but I had the best experience with Anastasia! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, and helped me to find the perfect products for what I needed. I had stopped going to Lush for a long time but she has single-handedly re-converted me!

I was helped by two lovely employees in the York store today, Ciara and Leona (I hope I?ve spelt those right!) both took the time to talk to me in detail about products and help me pick some things out. Both of these employees really went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely experience in store and left a happy customer. Next time I visit I hope to be served with such attention again

We were visiting York for the day and popped in to browse and pick up a couple of treats, the selection was amazing. My two young children had the best time exploring the new products with Miriam, thank you so much for spending so much time with them and making it such a fun experience!
