Chris is a credit to the store, even early morning he?s friendly and helpful he Aldi builds a rapport with each customer by remembering names etc, the store itself is a little on the expensive side but all round well kept

I went in on a Tuesday morning and the cashier who was maybe a 60-70 year old woman was very snarky with me, despite me just arriving and asking a genuine question about picking up a parcel. I then went in on a Friday morning, and she was there yet again and was hostile as soon as I came up to the counter, asking for my other parcel. I was genuinely confused about which company delivered my order and she had no patience with me at all which caused us to clash.

Rude staff, abysmal service. I went in to cash out a winning lottery ticket and was shouted at and refused service. One to avoid, there's a Spar 2 minutes away, much better service.

Stole £20. UPS requires tariffs to be paid online, which I did. I had my wife pickup the package, inside the store?and they charged her an additional £20. I took the receipt and approached the store about it, they told me they weren?t able to take UPS payments, and that it must have been a mistake. However, they wouldn?t return my money.
