Lee came to fit my lock and was extremely patient addressing my concerns. He fit a temporary lock and came back the next day to fit my new permanent one. I appreciated his knowledge on home security and he put my mind to rest. Thank you Lee much appreciated.

Couldn't recommend Lee highly enough! After coming back from holiday at 9pm and being unable to unlock our front door, we tried every locksmith in York area but couldn't get anyone to come out. Thankfully Lee had agreed to come out to Acomb and was able to remove the old lock, get the door opened and put a new one in fairly quickly. We were so incredibly grateful. Thank you, Lee!

Lee came out within 20 minutes of my plea for help after locking myself out. Got me in the door within 10 minutes, fitted a new temporary lock, and is coming back to put new mechanisms on front and back door once he's got the parts. Can't fault the work ?

I called Lee in the middle of the night in a panic because my husband had accidentally locked one of our cats in a room, and the door wouldn?t open. I needed to get in urgently to give her some medication. We tried every key in the house, but nothing worked.
Lee arrived exactly 20 minutes after I called and handled everything professionally and politely. He opened the troublesome door, freed the trapped cat, and replaced the lock, providing three copies of the new key. The whole job took less than half an hour, and considering the time of night, the price was more than reasonable.
I?ll definitely call Lee again whenever I need a locksmith, hopefully not in the middle of the night next time!
