Policies and terms can be interpreted at will, as a bank it really shouldn't be.
Or Maybe it's because of a double standard due to the fact that the old woman manager and staff don't like you for various reasons, which can be because you're a student or racist

Absolutely devastating!Selby branch is efficient fast friendly.Now transferred to York!York has been slow beyond means, barely efficient. One person on the desk so slow chatting away, always computer error no change At least 15 minutes wait!Putting selby into York will not work unless they have at least 4 members of staff working in the desk.Switching banks cannot take anymore!
