Went in for an oil and filter change due to leak. Got told I had a crack (on my aluminium sump) and they couldn't do the job. Took the car to the dealer who cleaned the sump, tightened the filter cap which had leaked oil onto the sump, and no crack to be seen. A simple job of tightening the filter cap caused me a lot of stress for nothing.

How can a garage wrongly put tyres on? KwikFit has outdone itself. I thought I had a slow puncture but soon realised it is due to the tyres being on wrong.

Exceptional Service!
Walked in on Christmas Eve, nail in tyre. They said they could fit me in straight away. They were done 30 mins later. Great staff, friendly and overall a great service received! Thank you!

Because I noticed severe wear on the tire's outer edge, I spent £70 here for a four-wheel alignment. However, it did not solve any problems. After the staff completed the four-wheel alignment, I drove for about 15 minutes and noticed that the steering wheel was not straight. I then went back to find the staff, who helped me do it again. This time, the steering wheel was straight, but while driving, the car was running to the left ?and this time they didn't even give me paper data. I feel the car's handling is worse than before I came here for the four-wheel alignment. This place is really doing a shoddy job and it's not worth the money to come here for repairs.
