Really good service - staff had a friendly attitude and explained everything in detail but in an understandable way! Also really appreciated the communication and the emailed service findings.

Went in for an oil and filter change due to leak. Got told I had a crack (on my aluminium sump) and they couldn't do the job. Took the car to the dealer who cleaned the sump, tightened the filter cap which had leaked oil onto the sump, and no crack to be seen.
