Not just kitchens at Kutchenhaus, York. I happened upon the store by chance, went in and was so pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I ordered wardrobes for my bedroom, was kept informed about dates and progress. The fitter was excellent and there was nothing that I can fault with the whole experience from start to finish. Thanks.

Very disappointed with the serviceKitchen was originally supposed to be installed end of September / beginning of October. That was pushed out to end of October. As I write this review on 17th Nov it?s still not finished,We?ve escalated our concerns to the showroom manager who is now not responding to our emails!We?re still awaiting delivery and installation of a microwave oven with no explanation of what?s happened or when we can expect it,The after sales service has been very poor.Would I recommend Kutchenhaus - probably not !Service: Drywall installation

I feel discriminated against by KuchenHaus because I am young. I tried multiple times to purchase a kitchen from York and was repeatedly let down and ultimately have been left without a kitchen. I would NOT reccommend KutchenHaus.

Much impressed with Kitchen Haus at York especially the manager Andy for spending the time to help us design our new kitchen. His experience showed as he steered us through the process resulting in a kitchen and appliances that will last the test of time. Glad we chose the York showroom as it has a good selection of styles and colours. Looking forward to having the kitchen installed. Would highly recommend.

We bought a beautiful kitchen from the York store 4 years ago, the fitters were brilliant couldn't fault them. They came when they said they would, they always left the place clean and tidy afterwards and the aftercare was brilliant. It is now that we are sad to say the kitchen didn't hold up to all the promises. We have had to replace the double draw latch twice, we have had to replace 3 door hinges, the lighting under the units has stopped working. The dishwasher has moved out of its holding. We contacted the store who said that our guarantee had run out. They would put us in touch with some one if we wanted. They never contacted us. There are only two of us here always have been so the kitchen doesn't take too much heavy work. We care for our property a great deal and look after it. So we are really disappointed. The kitchen was an investment for us as we had down sized to retire. If we could afford another kitchen then we would get one. The store in York have always given us replacement hinges etc but that is all the support they can offer.
