Absolutely cannot recommend enough, we bought a bag from here, there was a problem with the item which was not identified until we got home. (We live about 80 miles away). Called them regarding the issue, the member of staff who took the call just made the whole process so easy, organised collection of the item, and the replacement without any issue at all, lots of companies could take a massive leaf out of their book with their customer service, absolutely second to NONE. Thank you for resolving this so efficiently.

Fantastic store, service is impeccable. Felt like a premium customer which isn't always achieved at outlet stores. The prices are ridiculously good too, with new season stock at lower prices.
