it appears that KFC now only do DRIVE THRU AND PARK AND WAIT! I'm sure they are not legally allowed to take your car reg as they do now. I went recently and told him that it was drive thru and NOT drive thru and park and wait, so he went himself to get my food, not happy at all. It is time KFC either review their staff behaviours or take on board what I've told management and copy Burger Kings drive thru process as they are quick smart and polite!

Toilets are disgusting! Smell, no water, not cleaned. I wish I?d have gone in them before eating! They are vile.

Last time 2 pieces of chicken missing. Today they said they will add those on the current order. They did not and also had 6 fillets missing from this order. Am I suppose to open all my bags and start counting the fries,sauces and chicken or can the employees do their job?

Worst service ever! Just been through the drive-tru. Ordered 1 stuffing tower burger meal no cranberry, 2 stuffing stacker burgermeals, coleslaw and 2 pc original chicken, cost of £34.95. asked to pull into the order pick up point always a bad sign, after seeing several orders being brought out to the car park including two for cars that were behind us then the employee heads over to us with our order he says three tower meals we say no as our order was as above. We then watch said employee walk around the car park asking others if it's thier order, then he goes back inside. By this time we have been waiting at a good 15mins at least so decide to go back through the drive-tru to check on order. As we head back around the same employee heads back to us saying the order he is is ours and he just read it wrong, ok fine we take his word for it that it's our order as we are unable to open everything up in the car. So guess what we have when we get home not our order that we paid for but you guessed it three cold stuffing tower burger meals, we should never have agreed to move forward. Won't be going again. Waste of money!

Service polite and fast. Id just advise to check your food before leaving the drive thru as got home to no sides (missing gravy and the sweetcorn) with our order. Not normally an issue.
