The store is well located and the service was good. Only when I was at the airport fresh shop did I find the colognes for a price around 35% cheaper, here's a tip for anyone taking an international flight in London.

Had a fantastic experience in Jo Malone York Today (Sunday 11th feb)We were served by Katie who was so helpful, she knew her stuff, was so friendly and chatty not pushy at all we bought an intense perfume which she wonderfully gift wrapped and gave us a delicious new sample!!She was brilliant and also had fabulous shoes!!

Phoned to ask if they had any of the small 9ml perfumes as I wanted some for travel, unfortunately they don?t stock them in store but the very kind assistant gave me a free delivery code as my order was under £50. My order came next day! Fantastic service

I visited around Christmas and so it was busy with is expected. But the staff were lovely and asked if i needed any help. They embossed my box for me and the lady who did it was amazing.

Visited Jo Malone in York for my birthday with my sister for a Hand and Arm Massage and credit to all the staff that made us feel extremely welcome, but in particular I want to credit Marcus who was incredibly passionate about the brand, made us feel at ease and whose knowledge of each perfume was second to none. Walked away with not one, but two scents having created the combination I have been searching for in a long while (this was Wood Sage and Sea Salt + Orange Bitters if anyone wanted to try it!). Sold on Jo Malone now and thank you Marcus for serving us a wonderful birthday treat :) x x x

Myself, mum and sister visited the store today in search of a bridal scent for my sister who is getting married. We were served by Kiki who went above and beyond with her amazing customer service in helping us secure the right products for the occasion.The shopping visit was made to feel like an experience and we left very happy with the visit, service and products we purchased.

We had fantastic service from Charlotte at the York store. My mum, sister and I were looking for a fragrance to wear at a wedding. Charlotte guided us through options and suggested different perfumes. Came away delighted with our purchases. A wonderful experience.
