Did a pick up order for chicken meat and chips, lamb meat and chips and a sharwma .. got given a box of steak, a box of badly diced chicken and a pizza ? will never go here again

We ordered two pizza one was wrong and would not change it when I went back. Very bad customer service. The other Pizza was average at best will not be ordering there again I will be letting others know about my experience.

We order food and got a random guy ringing saying the driver has through out the food out off the window and when I rang them up they didn't know nothing about it so they resent the food and got a different order and they refused to change it

I love Istanbul Grill. Everything I tried is delicious and freshly made. The staff are super friendly and nice. They always give my daugher a lollie which makes her happy. Their pizzas and calzones are heavenly. I also like their chicken shawarma wrap and their beef burger is tasty. I highly recommend them??

A damn good option for a doner wrap - my go-to. The meat tastes good, the garlic yogurt is nice, and the salad is crispy.
The chicken strips can be a bit overdone on the outside. I guess, better that than being underdone, but they veer on being a tad burned, so if you don't like *very* crispy chicken I'd avoid it.

The people who run it are incredibly friendly and the service is great. Food is ready very quickly and is always delicious with generous portions, always enough for leftovers the next day.
