After visiting this shop on Christmas Eve 2022 I will not be going back the woman was very rude, she was sniggering behind my back. I had purchased a scarf a few days earlier and wanted some one to show me the best way to wear it ( which may sound strange) but having seen it on display I wanted to achieve the same look. Think the woman?s name is Sue, she was rather abrupt, she said to me do you want to return it when this wasn?t even mentioned by me! after she put it round her neck to show me how it sits which to be honest was no different from how I had done it previously, I said thank you and walked over to the area where the Ladies clothes are I overheard her sniggering with another customer as I walked out of the shop she came from behind the counter to assist another customer I confronted her and said what did you say she replied something on the lines of nothing I was just saying!!! and she tried to fob me off. I have spent quite a bit of money in this shop in the past few months, however they will not be getting another penny from me. Her attitude needs to be addressed along side her customer service skills.

This is the third time I?ve been into this shop and have felt uncomfortable and watched, the old lady asked me if I?m from round here on one visit another time there was some women with babies in the other room browsing whilst both shop assistance were at the till and as soon as I came in one darted to the other room where I was to pretend to tidy up and then I went into the other room to have a look and the other assistant darted into the room right in my space I think it?s appalling especially as I?ve worked for over ten years in a baby designer shop, I don?t expect to be targeted and treated like this and if it happens again I will not shop there again absolutely sickening

Learnt that a member of this shop is extremely disrespectful by her blatant racismWhich should not be tolerated in this day in age extremely disappointing and therefore will not be shopping there in the future so sad a society we still live in

I love this shop, the most beautiful and on-trend gifts, fabulous quality and very affordable prices. The ladies are extremely helpful, thoughtful and not at all pushy; they want you to have a wonderful time browsing or shopping. I could spend a fortune in this shop and it's my 'go to' for any treat or gift. Highly recommended!

Visited this lovely shop today with my Mam & Sister on a visit to Boroughbridge. Two lovely ladies made us very welcome. What an absolute pleasure to wander amongst beautiful out of the ordinary treasures. Both ladies were very helpful. There was no pressure, we were left to browse at our own pace. Definitely somewhere we look forward to returning to. Thank you so much for a lovely shopping experience.
