Had to wait 10 mins to get served, then a short wait in yard waiting for a person to become free. Wanted a sheet of marine ply, only one on shelf which was damaged and I refused to accept. Helper in yard then had to ask another person to fetch more ply from storage on a fork lift. 2nd man wasn?t happy with request and a row ensued. After 20 minutes wait, wood finally came. Not a customer friendly/ professional approach. All rather chaotic.

The delivery guy was very professional and courteous, and was happy to stack the timber in a place of my choosing.

I never leave reviews but have to in this case unfortunatly.
I called up to ask if they have shiplap cladding in stock and if I come in today if this can be cut to go into my car. I was told on the phone yes to both.
Recieved my pick note and spoke to one of the operatives who refused to cut it down and said the mills only open on tuesdays.
So it was a wasted journey and poor experiance overall.

The store closes earlier than it should.I asked twice to order skirting boards that were out of stock, and it turned out that the warehouse employees simply did not do it.After a week of waiting for the delivery, it turns out that no one knows anything.?
