Shouldn?t even be a one star a zero if their was an option went in to buy some whey gainer woman behind the till said she can?t sell it because apparently creatine is an anabolic but it isn?t and said you have to have an id to buy protein powder They were also really rude speaking to me like some dirt on the bottom of there shoe would not recommend

I would have done this directly but I unfortunately lost the receipt I?m sorry!
I spoke to the lovely Catherine this weekend during mine and my partners trip to York as I?ve been struggling to find alternative methods to help with my conditions - i.e vitamins and supplements. From the get go Catherine was very approachable, kind and attentive to what I could and would like to try. She wasn?t ?pushy? at all which made my experience with her really enjoyable. Just getting to speak to someone who is understanding, genuine and very knowledgeable made me feel reassured in trying something new. I can only thank her for her advice and guidance, she was so lovely to speak to and is truly an asset to her team!

If u are white non English, avoid young blond (ish) lass wearing glasses. Behind counter. Very nice on the beginning she completely change her attitude within seconds. After payment no anwer to my "thank you", no answer to my "have a nice evening ", no answer to my "bye". Completely nothing, zero reaction.

The worst experience I've ever had!
I've been going to this shop for over 8 years and buying products and for a while I've also been buying soups and salads.
Today I bought a Spicy Chickpeas salad and
a soup they were expired I didn't notice this when I bought it and when I opened the box it smelled horrible and the label said it expired 3 days ago!?
I don't understand who the manager of this shop is but as far as I understand it's not well run by the right people!
I suggest to all buyers when they go to this shop to check the expiration date!

I came in yesterday and met two members of staff, Arianna was so friendly and I had a lovely chat with her. I didn't catch the other lady's name but she noticed I was struggling carrying too much and brought me a basket which I thought was really kind, and gave me some great advice about products I was looking for.
