Visited the York store on 7th Feb as I had seen a dress online that I thought would be ideal for a wedding in June. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Shiona was great and the other staff were amazing bringing me bags, shoes, hat, jacket to try on with the dress. I ended up with a full outfit which I am extremely happy with. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic service by the two lovely ladies who helped me in the York Hobbs store, Liz and Sam. I can not praise them enough, they went out of their way to help me with my purchases and offer their help. They were so friendly and it was a delight to shop their. I will definitely return to this store as they offer great customer care and genuinely care about their customers. Liz and Sam you are a credit to the store and you made my day .
