Turned away at 5:30 today when it's meant to close at 6pm. Absolutely terrible they just want to close early and rejecting customers from coming in.

I felt the need to write a review as I've had awful customer service with a recent order. A duplicate order was taken due to a website glitch which meant 2 payments for a rug were taken plus 2 lots of shipping. I spoke to a customer service agent on live chat who told me the duplicate order was cancelled. However, it turned out it wasn't. I spoke to another live chat agent the next day. I was told it was too late to cancel the duplicate order now as it was now being shipped
and I would need to return the duplicate order in store. After a trip to my local store, I was told they can't refund the online order plus the shipping in store and to call customer service instead. I eventually returned the duplicate rug via In-Post. I was told i'd have to call customer service again once the refund has been processed to get the additional shipping refunded. I submitted a complaint about the whole ridiculous saga a week ago and I've heard nothing! In summary, the Live chat agents don't appear to know what they're doing, the website is glitchy, and customer service is practically non-existent!

Terrible service, clothes are dirty and marked so double check before you pay! Staff are rude and unhelpful.

Shop left a tag on my item and I didn't realise until I got home. Online chat said I could send it to Customer Service in Edinburgh and get a refund on postage, only no-one replies to emails about getting refund on postage and CS telephone is abroad and they apparently don't understand what I'm asking when I say what the problem is! Never shopping there again as I've got the detagged item back, but it's cost me an extra £6 for the privilege!

There are some discounted products inside, you can come in and take a look. There are a lot of people shopping in the 2-story space... Highly recommended!

It's a large shop, very bright and clean but although I found what I wanted on the mens floor there appeared to be no staff anywhere. Eventually I found her in the fitting room but they didn't have it in my size so I left empty handed. I really want to support high street shops but I can't.

A large store set over 2 floors with clothes for men, women and children. I often pop into this store when in York. I?ve always like their T-shirts and stripe tops; I also like some of the dress styles but not keen on the quality of material used.
I must say that it seemed rather sterile when I visited today, probably because most of the clothing on the ground floor was black/grey/white/ neutral.
There are bargains to be had but today I couldn?t find anything that really caught my eye.

Good place maybe it's time that H&M begin to think on their prices, Primark was considerable cheaper and the same Quality did not bought anythingIf the comment was useful please give a "like" this helps our community
