“It wasn’t just a hair cut, it was an experience. Coming from someone who hasn’t visited a hairdresser in over a decade, I couldn’t get over the amazing service throughout my visit. Greeted with a warm welcome and an offer of refreshments. A shampoo and head massage in a heated massage chair. My stylist would tell me throughout my hair cut what he was doing, and ask me to run my fingers through my hair to see if it felt right for me. He was incredibly attentive, and so talented. I was so delighted with the end result, I booked in another visit for seven weeks time. Top notch customer care”

“My cut felt very rushed, dashing through the scissor work, not a relaxing experience. The stylist used thinning scissors rather than cutting into the hair to thin it, even though she had assured me on my previous (and first) visit that thinning scissors were never used.
