I visited the H Samuel shop in York today and had my ears pierced. Maddie was excellent at explaining the procedure and gave advice on aftercare. She was very patient and gentle throughout. I would thoroughly recommend H.Samuel for ear piercing. My daughter was particularly nervous, but Ella explained the whole process and took time to reassure her. My daughter was very happy!
