Came in earlier today, was served by a lad called Matt, he was so welcoming and polite really made me feel welcome, I struggle with social anxiety but he was so so patient and attentive with me, and I left with more than I came in to get! Lovely baguette sandwiches as always :)

Went to Clifton moor branch at 1pm and there were around 25 sandwiches on display and maybe 12 of these were cheese n ham baguettes! No vegetarian options were available, I asked for a tuna crunch and the stoney faced lady (who wasn?t serving me) said all we have is what?s out! I made her aware there were no options for me and all she could come up with was, we get allocated a certain amount and that?s all we have. WOW! Either a management issues or Greggs, you a getting is wrong! The que was out of the door behind me, so maybe they would have to shut early because they wouldn?t have anything to sell.
I settled for a tomato soup (that had ran out on the shop floor!) but was told more was available!!! Took my money and was then told, sorry it would be another 8 minutes!!!
Hence I got a refund and went to a good old sandwich shop, the make once ordered!! Brunch York is great! Thanks for the experience Greggs! NOT!

Its really convenient. Having a little shopathon round monks cross and stopping for a Greggs. How wonderful.
Kid-friendliness: Staff seem happy and polite

Clean and tidy, has plenty of choice as long as your not gluten free, has started to close early and as such the shelves were nearly bare.
Parking: On an industrial estate with tesco and many other units so has many many parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: Is on ground floor, has automatic doors and is all on 1 level with disabled parking about 20 meters away.

Literally the worst Greggs I?ve ever been to. Dirty cafe and miserable looking staff. Avoid at all costs. Also they had nothing for sale anyway and I came at lunch time. I don?t get it!

ordered a ham and cheese baguette, paid and then said i would like it warm the woman called jo was awfully rude and said she couldn?t do that as we had already paid. she could of politely asked if i wanted it warm before i paid. was genuinely very rude

Just popped in for a coffee. Service top class, extremely helpful staff. Lots of tempting food but willpower was in full force. Outside seating area clean and tidy which is outstanding in this day and age and sunshine what more could you ask?
