Came in earlier today, was served by a lad called Matt, he was so welcoming and polite really made me feel welcome, I struggle with social anxiety but he was so so patient and attentive with me, and I left with more than I came in to get! Lovely baguette sandwiches as always :)

Went to Clifton moor branch at 1pm and there were around 25 sandwiches on display and maybe 12 of these were cheese n ham baguettes! No vegetarian options were available, I asked for a tuna crunch and the stoney faced lady (who wasn’t serving me) said all we have is what’s out! I made her aware there were no options...
