Dave is a really lovely guy , very helpful. Had our bungalow fitted out from his shop. But the underlay used is absolutly rubbish. Never will I use again.

Although we didn't buy from the gentleman who owns this shop, we were impressed with his attitude re customer care and who would go above and beyond. Unfortunately, he didn't have what we were looking for at the time of our visit. I would not hesitate to go back to this shop at some point in the future.

The strangest experience of my life shopping at Gale Lane Carpets. No one there.... But soon rectified and David came to meet us. And what a Gent. Such a nice, charming, amusing man and an absolute pleasure to chat to. Carpet bought, fitted and all done in days. Brilliant job. Highly recommend and can't wait to meet him again. Fantastic price too.
