Came in a bit late around 6pm, due to oyr daughter having autism, so prefer quiet time.Wanted to buy wardrobes.Two colleagues sitting on sofas downstairs said hello but never came upstairs to help us or process our order, waited a while but nobody was bothered, so left.

We cannot recommend Steve Tarran enough at the Clifton Moor store, he really knows how to be a salesman, delivering all the information we needed but also reading when we wanted time alone to decide and look around. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. Thanks so much!

Great deal and customer service from Tyrone and Victor at the weekend.Victor was extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband and I purchase modular seating to fit our kitchen area where conventional chaise seating was too wide. Great to deal with a personable salesman who listened to what we wanted to purchase opposed to selling what he wanted us to buy. Also loved his snappy dressing style - northern soul vibes.?

Our salesman Victor was delightful very down to earth and not pushy and helped find us our perfect Sofa ! I highly recommend you ask for him directly when in store he?ll help you find what you want whilst not putting you under any pressure.

Excellent experience here, Steve garnett was super helpful and not pushy with sales which was the reason we left the previous shop. Helped us with delivery dates, all our questions were answered and felt so comfortable the whole time.

Went in with my husband yesterday. Was served by Victor who was super helpful, friendly, and polite. Not pushy at all. Had a coffee while we discussed what we wanted and got a great deal on the two sofas we wanted. Can?t wait for them to arrive now. Thank you Victor for being so lovely

Recently been to furniture village to furnish our new home, Victor Hobson was super helpful while we were looking. Gave us the best information about the sofa and bed we purchased and made it a really nice experience. Definitely will be back if we need anything in the future!

We bought a new corner dining set from the Furniture Village store at Clifton Moore in York. The store assistant who helped us, Dillon, did a great job. He listened to what we liked and what we were looking for, and showed us the dining set which perfectly fit the description. He was good also with the paperwork, he is a kind and polite young lad, thank you! We enjoyed our experience at the store!

What a great shop everyone very friendly, the customer service we received from Steve Garnett was fantastic he was very helpful and his knowledge was second to none . We went to Scs and Dfs on the same complex and they were very poor compared to Steve . Thank you and definitely we will come again

After having a bad experience with a nearby competitor we went to Furniture Village York to look at sofas and chairs. We were greeted by Victor, offered drinks and shown round a couple of items before being left to browse. When we settled on one we liked he was so helpful and informative describing all the points about it. Later returned after measuring up and made our purchase. His care and attention to detail is to be commended. ?.

Furniture Village was an excellent shop as soon as we walked in the first question was would you like a drink while you look round. Steve Tarran was always round to ensure all our questions were answered and he made our purchase simple and friendly.

Placed an order on the 8th may they said 8-10 weeks delivery. I?ve tried ringing the store on numerous occasions and it plays some music then asks me to leave a message, which I have done twice now. No reply from the store. My sofa and chair have been sat in a warehouse ready to be delivered for 2 weeks now. Shocking customer service, I certainly won?t be purchasing anything else from this store
