Do not use this company. I bought a £2500 oven from them, which Chris Chilton (one of their employees) said would be 'wrapped well' for delivery. It wasn't even strapped to the pallet and I don't know what Chris thought a single sheet of bubble wrap was going to do to protect the cooker. Subsequently, the oven was badly damaged in transit. The flue on the back was completely mangled, 3 of the 4 pan stands were broken and the one that wasn't doesn't even fit this cooker. This is just the tip of the iceberg. In total the cost of the parts needed to repair this oven (before labour costs) is £1600+ Chris Chilton at H Todd refused to help with an exchange / partial refund to cover repair costs and ignored my emails. Thankfully Rangemaster were helpful (even though it wasn't their responsibility) and have helped me to replace the oven. But as far as Herbert Todd and Son goes - steer well clear. Despicable, evil and immoral.
