Excellent staff and pharmacist who go above and beyond to get everything you require. Pity they're not opened on Saturday even for a half day or even a couple of hours, even just for medication collections

Been there a couple of times to ask advice from the resident pharmacist because the Government are recommending that we use them more to ease the pressure on the health service. Not sure if there is more than one pharmacist at the Dunnington chemist, but the one I am referring to is of possible Chinese descent.I went a few years ago for a minor skin condition and I was told to go to the GP because he didn't know what to do.This morning I went because of a bad 2nd degree burn I received over the weekend, I just wanted advice as to how to treat it.He told me to stick a plaster on it or go to my doctor, I couldn't believe he would be so stupid and when I saw the practice nurse at the surgery she was appalled, she could not believe he gave advice like that, everyone knows you DO NOT put a plaster on a burn especially one like mine where the blister had burst and the open wound was exposed.Oh and there is no privacy, they put you in a small room but he has a very loud and abrupt manner and everyone in the shop can hear what is being said.
