Visited today to collect a mirror, when I arrived with my two children I realised that the box would not fit in my car. The staff were so helpful and took the box back into store until my husband could come and take the car seats and children. Top customer service!

We always like Dunelm to find things for the house. Quality items.
You name it they've probably got it.?
They have a cafe (in most Dunelms)which are usually very nice for a coffee and a break but it was closed as it was after 5pm when we visited! ??

I ordered two wishbone chairs, and although one arrived faulty, the amazing customer service team resolved everything within a few days! I?m really happy with my purchase ? the quality of the chairs is excellent, and the service I received was even better. Truly impressed!

Ordered 2 fitted sheets to be delivered to a parcel shop by evri, never came by delivery date, rang customer services who apologised and sent out 2 more for next day delivery. 2 days later, still not arrived, rang customer services again. They said they'd get in touch with evri. I said dont bother and asked for a refund. Would not recommend to anyone except Satan or tier starter and Alex ferguson

Store let down buy women on self service with brown hair and glasses, very rude came storming over as we were scanning our items she seemed angry and looked paranoid think she thought we were going to steal something. We spent a lot of money in this store for a very unhelpful rude service. Disappointing and won't be buying from here again ordering online in future so don't have to look at miserable staff.
