We walked 2 steps in and a rude and ignorant man yelled at us to get out but we needed a new bed so we will take our business somewhere else where we are not disrespect by middle aged men, I do not recommend if you want nice costumer service this is appalling

Sam greeted us when we arrived and listened to what we were after. He explained about the ?test bed? and used the results to show us appropriate mattresses. We were able to spend as much time on each bed as we liked with a pillow provided. Sam was never far if we had a question and he was very knowledgeable about the different types of materials and construction of the mattresses. Overall a great experience and we?re looking forward to delivery of the mattress and pillows we chose.

Very friendly people Sam dealt with us today and was very helpful from first meeting him and introducing himself to us we went on the silent night computer to see what mattresses suited us and should us what mattresses was best for us , he just left us alone then till we decided which mattress we wanted then he made us a coffee before explaining everything about the mattress and what our options was.
Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We ordered our adjustable bed today. Sam was great, he took time to help us select the type of mattress that would suit us, gave us information on the different types, firmness, materials, etc. He let us lie on the beds for long enough to feel confident, and also explained the try period in case the mattress doesn?t work for us after having it at home.
We also got lots of information on the adjustable beds. We opted for the base that Dreams make themselves, my husband has a bad knee and he said it felt much more supportive. We?ve tried some in Bensons too, and the Dreams one just had a much better way of supporting his knee.
Sam offered us a drink and talked us through the credit available. We went for 0% finance to spread the cost, with 30% deposit.
We got a fantastic deal on free pillows. I?m so glad we didn?t order online, I didn?t see any offer like this. Can?t wait for it to be delivered. Will update later on the bed itself.

Bought a new bed from here. Paid for the extra warranty. Over the course of a year or so the mattress saved at one side and became really uncomfortable. A assessor came out to look. The sad was within their tolerances! Warranty utterly useless. The money wasted on warranty would have gone a good way to buy another mattress

Spent 40 minutes on the phone to be told we aren't willing to help and nothing we can do. It's a shape the scores on review don't run into negative figures as dreams would be the perfect candidate. Gotta be be some better companies out there
