Third time I?ve given this dominos a go. Orders always take well over an hour. Literally received a small handful of chips and 2 over done yet cold pizzas. Much better from my local pizza place which is also half the price. Certainly won?t go back again, I don?t know how a national chain keeps going with such terrible service and poor product.

Don't knock and drive off, then say they've tried to deliver!
2nd time this has happened both times offered a refund or a new delivery and hour or so late but not good enough when you have kids waiting!

Really poor customer service, assuming the manager took my order, he was very rude and unprofessional. Asked for the 9.99 large pizza deal yet he tried to charge me the normal price, when I said I wanted the deal his whole demeanor changed!..no manners, no thankyou for you custom, just came across really rude with a bad attitude. Pizza wasn't very nice either, too much dough, not sure it was cooked all the way through....thanks but not again thanks

Placed an order through the app. Left driver instructions although very limited due to restrictions on characters.
Got a call saying glitch in the system so saying order delivered, apologised and said don?t worry about it. This is where the good customer service stopped and the only reason this isn?t a 1 star review.
Left further, more detailed instructions for the driver. We live in a new build (4 years old) and people still can?t find us.
40 minutes pass with no sign of the pizza, call to find out where it is. Women on the phone barely speaks English and is rude, dismissive about the driver saying he will be 5 mins.
10 mins later, another phone call made. Driver is struggling to find the address. I said why say it would be 5 minutes then? To which she says ?I don no?. Driver calls saying outside.
Apologised as hadn?t been given the further instructions. Pizza was barely warm. Kicked it back, phoned and said I would like a new one sending out it?s cold.
Very dismissive again and I doubt I will see my pizza that costs the same as a meal out.
SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not had Dominoes pizza for while. Still good but company seems to be a bit stingy with the toppings these days. Expect it may be cost savings.

The Dominos product is always great but the service and customer experience in this store is really poor.The guy on the counter (Shubhum) never smiles, ever! No "hello" or "welcome to Dominos." He just stands and stares at you. You don't even know the price until he's handed the card machine over for payment.He is however constantly on his phone as which; if I remember correctly is a breach of health and hygiene rules given he's handling cash and his phone and food. This store really let's Dominos down.

We went at around 12pm and told we would have to pay a delivery charge because they don?t take collections after a certain time, we weren?t told how much delivery charge was nor did we get a receipt but the total was £48 for 2 pizzas, we were told we had to wait in the car and they would bring our pizza out, our order was taken by a delivery driver who left with our order and about 5 minutes later pulled back up to the car park and brought our food to us after driving away with it, when we asked why, we were told that they have to put it through as a delivery. very unsatisfied with the unprofessional work environment
