i have NEVER ordered from this store and they?ve got my order right. i?m not joking. and i?ve ordered over 10 times. my fault really, i should stop coming here, but i live just down the road so it?s awfully convenient. i don?t know how difficult it is to read the instructions on the order? when i ask for no onions i want no onions, when i want you to add bacon then add bacon, if i ask for a texas BBQ don?t give me a hawaiian? once i ordered from here and they gave me a pizza that literally wasn?t on the menu, made me laugh because i sat there trying to work out what they gave me for about 10 minutes to no avail. ended up in a 3 week battle with the complaints team because when i called up they didn?t solve the issues i had with 2 of my orders. finally got a free pizza voucher as compensation and then they somehow got that pizza wrong too??? it?s not like im ordering on a busy friday night, i?ve actually given up now. id say order somewhere else but last time i ordered from the clifton moor store they got it wrong too? am i just unlucky?

Pizzas has always been nice from here! I never have a single issue. I always prefer to collect so it?s nice and hot!

2hrs to arrive when I'm only 1 mile down the road. Freezing cold and missing items from order. Blamed on a very "busy evening". I'm sorry but that's a you problem. If I'm spending £45 on a takeaway I expect better standards. I had to drive back with the order as delivery woman wouldn't accept it. Only reason I haven't given 1 star is simply because the manager at the store was understanding and polite and didn't give my any attitude.

I called into the store as my voucher £5 pizza didn't work online. I was told that as they were so busy it was online orders only. It did not say this on the Internet, nor in the shop, they waited until I got to the till. He wouldnt even look at the voucher let alone do anything with it, and then had the cheek to say to me my voucher was for students only, whilst looking me up and down in front of a full room of other students (I'm a mature student doing a post grad) I explained I was a student and had my Identification.
It ruined our night as we all ended up eating at different times. We never ended up getting the £5 pizza

Where to start. Ordered food simple order fries, chicken bits and 1 pizza. Arrived in time but that's where it all went wrong. Chips were hard and under cooked. The chicken bits just warm. The pizza Luke warm at best. Rang the store who point blanked refused this was possible. Actually said we were lying. Offered absolutely nothing in sense of customer service. Told me to goto head office customer service if want to complain. Most they can do was 50% refund. Staff rude, unhelpful and zero customer service. So it got even worse. Reported it and the 1st reply got was the food was delivered case closed. Had to repoen the case to then be told the same rubbish of how it impossible that any food can be undercooked or cool etc
This went back and forth for ages. They said should of taken a picture. How does a picture show temperature?? Or raw chips ??. They also confirmed the store CAN NOtT process any refunds. So another lie.... funny the calls are not recorded but lucky for me my calls are recorded. So did a charge back with my bank got full refund for the entire order. Will NEVER use this store or any dominos again. If you lucky to get a hot correct order you will be fine but God help anyone who has a issue. Like my final message said you ask the consumer for impossible evidence knowing this let's you get out taking any responsibility for the complaint or to try keep the customer happy

Refused to answer the phone even though I rang for half an hour. Was tracking my driver and when the driver arrived to the store it just changed to delivered, the driver wasn?t even near where I lived. So now I am without food late in the evening and when I finally get a hold of cooperate they tell me they can?t do anything as the franchise has 5 days to respond. Truth be told we loved dominoes and our old dominoes from we used to live was amazing and this is an absolute tarnish and embarrassment to the company. Will most likely never order from this dominoes or any dominoes from the York area ever again. Absolutely appalling customer service and feel absolutely scammed as dominoes is no cheap treat. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a pizza and it took ages, got at automated apology email for a free pizza. Ordered our free pizza a while later and 70 minutes later it was marked as delivered yet I didn't receive it.
I tried calling the store 4 times and no one answers. Never had a problem with a domino's until using this one, awful representation of the brand.

Ordered food at 7:50 and got an alert it was out for delivery at 9:15. went out to where i had asked to be delivered. and food never arrived.have tried calling 9 times and have had no answer.

Horrific service, waited over an hour for two pizzas that never showed up, got marked as delivered, and nobody answered the phone. Took our money? and met with rude response from the other stores in york when i asked how to get in contact with them other than by phoning. shocking!!

Ordered at 10:00 when they closed at 11 did not deliver the food even though they said they did and hung up the phone when trying to call them

Made order for a single pizza to be delivered, 2 and a half hours later had enough and went down to see if I could just collect. It was busy and took me a good 10-15 minutes to get anyone?s attention. Guy checked on my order and said it was already on route. Fair enough, at least I?d have my pizza soon. Waited.. waited.. . I didn?t bother to order from elsewhere or make something myself as I was told it was on the way. Never came. So frustrating!! I?ve been a regular, but after this I won?t bother again.
