Currently renovating and we went here to have a look at some new flooring for a bedroom and were helped and advised by Rhiannon. The flooring arrived today as expected and seems of high quality. The sales staff really do know their stuff and we will be going to them in the very near future for the replacement wood and carpet for the rest of house. Great customer service.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Thank you very much for your work. I felt like an old friend being welcomed, helped and supported. If you were selling bread or something you use every day I would shop at yours regularly. The floor is most beautiful.Very happy customer.

Rhiannon and Greg were extremely approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. They made you feel comfortable asking any questions. They followed up with phonecalls to check everything was going to plan. I loved how they could order samples to be delivered to our home and promptly. The process of arranging a fitter (who although worked independently, was used by many of their customers) was easy and the fitters were very friendly, accommodating and excellent in the workmanship. The delivery was great. We were kept informed with texts, tracking and a phonecall when he was an hour away. The guy was also very friendly and helpful placing the order in the garage which fortunately was close to the kerbside. From start to finish, the experience has been a very positive one and I would highly recommend Flooring Superstore. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The after sales of this company are shocking. The packs size measurement I was advised in store was different to the size on the box when I took the delivery. I contacted the company who told me I had to buy 5 more packs at £90 each as there system got it wrong and the box was right!I had another issue whilst fitting the flooring so contacted them again, I explained my previous issue regarding pack size who this advisor told me their system was correct and the box was wrong. So I had falsely been conned into buying 5 more packs?Once finished surprisingly I had 5+ packs left over?.I sent numerous emails with no response, numerous phone calls with the replies been ?we will look into this? with no response. I have finally heard back from the company who said all they can do is offer me a £50 refund out of the £470 extra packs I was conned into buying. Disgrace.I will never use this company again and would advise people to stay away.

Came in to get some quotes on flooring for my new house and couldn?t be happier with the outcome. Rhiannon was perfect in every way answering all my 201 questions without hesitation or issue. They had a child friendly table with paper and pencils for children which I found extremely useful to keep my little one distracted whilst I could get all my questions answered! 10/10 customer service will definitely be returning! Came into the York Branch and I was straight away greeted by two sales people. They both let me walk around and choose what I wanted without pushing me into buying. They answered all of my questions as I am moving into a new build and this was my first flooring experience. Will definitely be going back when I need more flooring and will be recommending this store to others because of the great customer service. Thank you York!!

I've used this company many times in the past as they can't usually be beaten on price and service. This time went into the store, dealt with Rhiannon and the service was first class. Brilliant service regarding a slightly awkward order and brilliant communication. Brilliant service, great price. Highly recommended!
