?This is not a playground boys, get out?. This is how I was greeted at DFS by some man who thought he was bloody in the Avengers when I tried to go in to buy my mother a present for her birthday. I thought this was awfully shocking and blatantly rude. I think his name was Chris and he was one of the rudest men that I have ever met. I will NEVER be going back to this store ever again and do not recommend it to anyone looking to buy sofas, pillows or anything this shop sells. 0 star!!!!!

Sofas are very poor quality and Craig has a very unprofessional attitude when complaining!.

Visited the store today with my husband and my daughter to look at some corner sofas. We were met by a lovely lady called Bex who was extremely helpful, especially when my daughter accidentally got sanitiser in her eye. Bex was quick to get an eye patch with water so my daughter could soothe it after much rinsing! After this, we were met by a lovely man called Oscar who was patient, listened to what we were looking for and was very helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and tried his best to find what was right for us. Looking forward to coming back to this store soon to hopefully find our perfect sofa. Thank you so much to these two lovely people! A credit to the store.

Plenty of options to suit any pocket.
From the comfy but cheap working family daily use sofas !! to the high end upper class folk with more money than they know what to do with , plus there are cheap easy no deposit repay options.
