Came to buy an iPad today with the pencil. Dan came to help us searching for the pencil and helped me order it for home delivery. He was very friendly and amazing. Gave me such great customer service.

Just been in the store looking to buy mobile phone not in stock found one in store near where live told us to go on line and order it ourselves looking at food mixer as well mo one approached us in end walked our £700+ out the door !

Be very careful on their laptop pricing, huge swings in their laptop deals, suspect trying to catch those who are not too savvy. Do your research!

They are quite happy to lie to your face to make a sale, be warned.
Attempted to sell me a pre-owned TV at full price, managed to whittle it down with a good 15 minutes of wading through the BS.
The TV was missing almost all of the original gear (a remote, rear supports for mounting the TV, and the booklets), even after being told the only thing missing was the box. They even tried selling us a stand for the TV (that we wouldn't have had the supports for), and said they would only discount the TV if we got the stand. They eventually buckled, probably because the thing had been sat in the back of their warehouse gathering dust.
Filmed the unwrapping of the TV because of how dubious the customer service was. The TV has clearly been dropped with the rear panel loose, and there are numerous scuffs around the TV. Only reason to keep the thing was that the TV was out of stock elsewhere.
Don't necessarily want to harp on the customer service agent too much as he had his parasitic manager in his ear the whole time, but that was the worst experience I've had buying something from a reputable company.

Customer service is officially dead. The young staff here just couldn?t care less if they tried. Rude, unwelcoming & unhelpful. Except for one and ONLY ONE OUT OF HOW MANY staff members?! Only reason I haven?t give this place a one star. Bought all my electronics from Curry?s over the years as it?s the first place that comes to mind. Spent £1000?s but I won?t be returning in a hurry!
Asked 3 team members for help before I actually got served. Was just wanting to pay for a PS5 and leave and the excuses were dire. ?Just putting a laptop out? ?I?m just busy at the moment, someone else should be around?
Luckily the 3rd young gent I asked for was helpful and I left with one, if I had been blanked again, I was leaving. 6 year old in tow, probably crying out of the building.
Whatever happened to customer service!! Having to ASK to be served and then blanked, TWICE!
The 3rd gent is the only reason I didn?t give a one star. Shocking.
