I have poor mobility so need the use of a mobility scooter. I went in this shop today and they had cages of stock down the first aisle which meant I could not get down the aisle I need to and the response I got from the guy was go down another aisle we have to work stock... now I work in retail myself and do not feel this was the right way he should have dealt with the situation. I do not expect special treatment just fair treatment...I will not be using this shop again.

I'm guessing he is the owner, but is very rude and talks over you. Doesn't like it when you do it back to him though. Definitely a shop to avoid!

At this time when availability of stock is an issue everywhere including supermarkets, Costcutter Chapelfield is the only store where I see 100% availability
