Good cafe, level access, car park adjacent, blue badge parking available 2 spaces. comfortable and warm. Disabled toilet available, I have visited a few times and the toilet cleanliness is questionable.

Excellent franchised coffee house. Ideal for meetings and networking groups. Great customer service, too.
Parking: Free parking for a couple of hours.

Probably one of the more poorly run Costa franchises I've been to. Three separate occasions over months there have been not enough staff and the staff are not trained to be fast... So hanging around for ages in a queue only 6 people long. Make sure you have enough time and are not in a hurry.

Arrived shortly before closing (we'd had a mission getting here with the kids) and felt bad ordering 5 awkward drinks when the staff might well have been thinking about closing up.
The chap on the counter (Chris, I think) was as accommodating as if it were the middle of the day. Fair play to him - I reckon I'd have been pretty cheesed off if I was in his shoes!
Thanks for helping to not disappoint the kids at the end of a hot and bothered day! ???
Parking: Shared car park with about 40 spaces - does get busy sometimes but lots of people don't stay too long.
Kid-friendliness: Really friendly & welcoming (even shortly before closing time) - would definitely bring the kids back here again for a Mango Bubble Frappe or a Salted Caramel Frappe! ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Quite open and spacious inside.
Not sure about the toilets.
Entrance door was wide enough, although not power assisted.

First impression was how spacious and clean the cafe was. (Particularly good for wheelchair users).
A smile and friendly welcome goes a long way and it soon became clear everyone was greeted in the same positive way. (Very rare - so a big pat on the back to the staff). As each group of guests left, the table was cleared and the patrons given a fond farewell.
A feel good cafe away from the hustle and bustle of similar establishments on the A64 or retail parks closeby.

Wasn?t much choice in terms of food; there were no sandwiches as they forgotten to order in, so just had cakes and coffee. Plenty of seats, but lacked a bit of atmosphere.
