I've been going to this pharmacy for about 10 years, they have always been really helpful and friendly. A while ago I went in to get my HRT, and (because of menopausal brain-fog), hadn't got round to getting the prepayment certificate. The lovely staff member not only reminded me to get it, but told me that she could do it for me in the pharmacy, which she did. Thank you!

Wish I had seen the other reviews before moving to this pharmacy - simply the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I have made a formal complaint about the treatment I received to Head Office and would encourage others to do so.

Cancelled my flu vaccine minutes before I arrived for the booked appointment. They blamed ?head office? and told me to complain if I wanted. The easiest thing to do is probably avoid them.

Mess about with peoples prescriptions including cancelling them when they?ve no clue what the medication is prescribed for or to treat. These aren?t professionals and you?ll find they?re extremely unhelpful and condescending. Find somewhere else!It took me ages to resolve the situation that this place caused with my prescriptions.Avoid them.

I can absolutely say these guys have made my life so much easier and a lot less stressful I have a son with disabilities and several health issues after constant problems with another pharmacy I made a call to these and they dealt with my problem so promptly I then changed my sons prescriptions over to cohens and I can honestly say it was the best thing I could have done. Amazing friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend

Never have I been treated in such a condescending and arrogant manner. From the offset the pharmacist here was incredibly rude and showed no consideration whatsoever for any medical condition I may have had. Given the neurological nature of my condition, his unnecessary and antagonistic behaviour could easily have triggered a serious episode. Playing god with someone's medication is incredibly dangerous and totally unacceptable.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy in the uk, the receptionists are incredibly rude for no apparent reason, not to mention their generalised ineptitude to do their job. I?ve been on the same medication for 5 months and they?re still to put on my file that it?s supposed to be a monthly recurring medication. Don?t ever go here.

Don't go to this place. They not only overpriced the pills for me. They also emptied the entire cartridge for only 7 pills in the box.

Do not go here!!Would have to agree with the other negative reviews. Quite possibly the most rude pharmacists I have ever encountered.DId not provide clear information.The medication I received - one box was opened and filled with a mismatch bunch of half tablet packets. One of which did not have an expiry date on it. When I questioned this it was disregarded and no resolution was reached. Such unsafe dispensing.

My review was removed because apparently something about the prior language was offensive, but the long and short of it is that the pharmacist actually physically attacked me after starting an argument over whether or not it made sense for the government to mandate prescriptions for antibiotic ointment.

Pharmacist is a raging?probably alcoholic?who literally assaults customers for disagreeing with him. Never seen such a gigantic tool in my life. I didn?t swing back or get physical in response but strongly considered it. Regardless, this is an absolute do not visit.
