I came in and was looking to book a holiday and I was wanting to sit and speak to one of the representatives.
A lady on the left hand side with brown hair near the front as you go into the shop was sat there , didn't really seem very approachable but I asked for insight about booking a holiday
she was not at all interested in wanting to help , she wasn't willing for us to sit down & talk through a brochure or look at dates for us on when the best time to go or what deals there was available
we both left quite disappointed & felt quite judged really so I think I'll be choosing another travel agents to book my holidays with

We visited twice in two days, all the staff were happy, polite & assisted us as we made our choice of an adventure holiday in Peru. Mr Phil Franks went above and beyond to source us the perfect holiday, drawing on his own experience and knowing us as customers. 15.07.23 we went this morning to talk about booking a cruise. we were met with a very disappointing customer service representative. she never smiled, never got up, spoke to me as though she wasn't bothered about why we were there. when I said I would like to discuss cruises she didn't seem interested at all. I left feeling very disappointed as I was hoping to be able to discuss options for a cruise for my birthday
