First time using this one for delivery. 1 item missing and another 2 items wrong,shame they were main items required. I hate food waste but I can't eat what they sent me .

Says it's open until 10 but was closed at 20:30. No notice on the door or any information online to say why. Also not in a nice area, was intimidated outside whilst taking this photo by two men.

This Co op is an actual joke. We just left because we were trying to get into a fridge that 2 members of staff were stood in front of , they just stared at us and kept yammering on and still stood there with there phones out then proceed to ignore us further. So we just left.
We were clearly trying to get to the fridge. Honestly zero customer service and acknowledgement of customers.

Worst Co-op in York.The bike rack outside is rubbish.Hardly ever any more than one or two members of staff in the shop. They spend all their time restocking the shelves and they often leave the trolleys of stock blocking the shelves or the whole aisle.When you walk past them towards the checkout and they see you clearly carrying alcohol they don't seem at all interested in coming round to verify your age. You can wait forever but usually you're forced to go and find them to ask them. That's not customer service.Despite this being my nearest local shop, I avoid it. Not worth the time or inconvenience.

Everything was clean, the staff couldn?t do enough for you! Excellent place easy to get around, rooms clean.fantastic location and comfortable beds we found everything we required in the rooms, clean towels fresh bedding and a cab ride from the station.

I went at 10 a time it should have been open but it shut early early without any notification anywhere. If it advertised as being open till 11 it should hold itself to that time.

Numerous times items I have scanned through are ment to be a sale item and has scanned full price.. 10 mins I was stood at self checkout before numerous customers who got helped before me won't be using this store again!!
