Assistant named Andrew was brilliant, he went looking for shoes from the stores that we wanted as we couldn?t find the right sizes for the shoes we had chosen. He also saw us at the till and checked everything was good with our purchases. He went the extra mile which we appreciated.

Always enjoy shopping at Clarks. Excellent quality shoes at a reasonable price and easy parking.

There are a good range of school shoes for kids and the staff are genuinely helpful. I strongly recommend avoiding peak times because Clark?s is always heaving to the point where it?s almost tortuous before the start of school terms - everyone has the same idea at the same time!

Rachel was absolutely superb. Brilliant with our daughter and kept her engaged during the whole process. Gave her plenty of stickers, and was very informative in helping us get her the most suitable winter boots. Would recommend.

Great store with good discounts, friendly staff and a good range of men's and women's shoes (this review refers only to men's boots however).\\n\\nI do a lot of city walking and tend to buy a pair of Clarks chelsea boots per year (as per the last ten years). This pair I've had for a month and are broken in, very comfortable, can last a good day of 10-15km around London with bags etc and despite the bad photo look pretty good. Definitely worth a look in store if you're in the area (York McArthur Glenn outlet).
