I visited this shop a few weeks ago to look at school shoes with my daughter (who will starting Reception in September). The shop was empty, and the customer service was appalling. The shop assistant was rude and condescending to me, and rolled her eyes at my daughter. She ruined what should have been a lovely experience. I won?t be visiting this shop again and have warned other parents to avoid it.

After seeing a lovely boot in outlet at Castleford but they didn?t have my size but was told it was available for shipping but they couldn?t order it for me I rang outlet at York to see if they had it but they didn?t either. I scoured the internet to no avail.
I was in York on the thurs for a show, just around the corner from the Clarks shop in Coppergate so I called in but they didn?t have the boot either but the lovely lady with blonde hair got it up & it was still available, she ordered it for me & sent to my house to save me going back to York. It took all of a few minutes she was so helpful. The boots were delivered the next day & were there when we got back early afternoon.
She made my day?..10 out of 10 for service from her?..brilliant service

All the staff were lovely especially Julie, she managed to find two pairs of well fitting shoes, and another pair for my partner. What a wonderful shop. Many thanks ?

My wife spent 45 minutes ,trying ankle boots . Being told no 4 1/2 sizes available in that style in 2 colours nation wide . Returned to hotel and ordered both on line

Sadly the shop is limited in it's style of shoes at the moment, it's nearly all winter boots & shoes, not much dressy.

Stock and choice is quite large for Ladies shoes. Choice of gents shoes is a bit uninspiring

7 months old / not an every day shoe and falling apart. Staff not the most helpful. Offered 10% off a new pair. Going against sales of good act. Unprofessional
