Visited claires this morning, was told everything in store was buy 3 get 3 free this wasn't the case the sale items are not included which needs to be stated. shop assistant I found very rude and moody no help at all. On the phone while in the shop just not helpful at all.

the person who did my piercing was very nice, but unfortunately claires use a piercing gun, not a needle. piercing guns are much worse, do your research on that and go somewhere else. if I had known this before I would have never got my ears pierced at claires.

What a joke. Twice I have ordered online to collect instore. Despite receiving an email saying the items are ready to collect (on both occasions), half the orders are missing. Then you have the pleasure of dealing with young, incompetent staff. Sort your system out.

Visited today with my 2 disabled girls who took their time to look at what they wanted. The assistant manager stood right beside us watching as though we were thieves! Was very rude I understand they may have shop lifters often but it was very intimidating. Then on to pay and the assistant manager again too busy with the other member of staff to serve us as they were singing and gossiping. Had issues with the payment cards and no help or assistance the AM just stood blankly looking at us. Better customer service skills needed for sure , won?t be returning.

After an atrocious experience in Claire's at Scarborough, this was the complete opposite! The staff were absolutely amazing with my 2 daughters, and even apologised for the way we were treat in Scarborough. I'm pretty sure their names were Blue, Lizzy & Ivy (So sorry if that's wrong!) - you're a credit to the company. Thank you so much :)

My daughter had her ears pierced here and the lady who did them (sorry forgot her name!) was excellent. Explained everything clearly and did a great job with the piercing. My little girl absolutely loves her new earrings!

Amazing overall experience provided by Tasha, seemingly single handedly running the store on a very busy half term day. Showed exceptional level of of care and competence when piercing my wife?s ear and discussing the options including aftercare - left a lasting impression, she is true credit to the company and in particular the store.
