The service is always really good and, while you could probably get better prices for your stuff by selling it privately, you can get rid of stuff quickly here for a fair price.

Try to buy an old iPad for my daughter and the seller was not helpful and helpful. He only pretended me to buy the expensive ones. I left the store without the iPad and with no intentions of coming back. Disappointed with the poor treatment received

This CeX has all sorts, they sell all sorts of things for cheap like an alexa for only £9 and if you have any problems with it they will refund you.

Exchanged a laptop yesterday (a Sunday). Used the "Drop & Go" service, popped into the shop, very helpful team member explained the process to me and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.Despite it being a Sunday I had an email within an hour saying they'd tested it and the payment (more than the quote - which was great!) had been processed - it had arrived by the time I woke up the following day,Would definitely use this service and store again.

One of the hottest days of summer so was dreading going into town never mind CeX, thankfully their air conditioning was on and the store was nice and cool!Although I wasn?t able to find the item in store I was looking for, the staff were able to point me in the right direction.

Decent sized store with a lot of selection, but also sometimes feels too empty or lacking of variation when compared to other stores in different locations. Prices being the same as other stores with not much variation.
