Meet my best friend once a week at this Nero's, staff very helpful carrying tray down to the lower level, only problem is often the flat whites are not that hot, annoying as not cheap, especially asking for hot coffee. Hope this gets taken care of . Thank you.

Men's toilet out of order

Sunday 22 Dec 13:10. Can?t really comment on food or drink as we had to leave when someone sat next to us with a vile dog that wouldn?t stop barking. Luckily the person that was getting drinks for us hadn?t reached the front of the queue so we were able to cancel and leave. Several people looked really angry - you can?t blame them as they had just got their drinks and would have to endure this terrible noise. How did we ever get to this position where dog owners are in charge of our weekends? They are everywhere you go and they don?t speak English despite their owners attempts to stop them barking by saying ?Shhssh, be quiet?
Just take them outside and let people relax without your stinking noisy beast ruining peoples pleasure.

Took me 30 minutes from entering the shop to getting my drink. In this time, they forgot my order and then gave me the wrong milks with my order. Staff had absolutely zero sense or propose. When the coffee came, one of them was barely luke warm. I?d be fine if it was busy, but it was no busier than normal. This particular shop used to be great, but I won?t be going again.

Went in today with a friend and was served by Katie. Fantastic service, really attentive to customers and acknowledges you immediately even during busy periods with large queues. Lovely customer service and really helpful! Would recommend visiting this cafe Nero for friendly quick service.

Coffee was good as always, but the barista gave me a snarky ?You?re welcome? after not saying thank you for handing over a spoon. The barista did not sanitize hands after eating nuts, and thought I should be grateful to receive the tissue and spoon from an unclean hand.
