still no news on a new nhs dentist, or even any sort of correspondence to customers regarding if there is progress or no pregoress at all. feels like we are being forced to pay for private when many cannot afford to do so.

I had composite bonding done just before Christmas on my top front teeth by Natasha. I am absolutely over the moon with them they are subtle and so natural just what I wanted. Natasha is ever the perfectionist and always striving for the best. Thank you so much Natasha.

Had an appt for a broken tooth, which was a 20 minute appt. Arrived on time but had to queue for check-in. 3 members of staff behind the desk but only 1 able to do check in it seemed. Dentist took a v quick look at my tooth after interrupting me when I tried to explain the problem, then said I need to come back another time for extraction. When I politely queried why it couldn't be today, he rudely barked that I was 5 minutes late and it needs a 30 minute appt. It was largely out of my hands for being late but to be told to wait another 6 weeks to have it removed is very poor - I treat staff there with respect and courtesy but he was extremely rude. Likely to now go private which is probably what they want anyway. When I booked the appt I explained it was broken so enough time should have been given for potential treatment. I travelled in and took time out of work for barely 60 seconds in the chair

Those BUPA dental practices are a waste of time, they closed the one in Holgate and didn?t even inform me. Lost my NHS place, no notice, no communication whatsoever. They have zero customer service.

I should like to complement the dental hygiene team, Natasha and her assistant Amy, on the fantastic treatment I received at the Lawrence Street dental practice today.I went into my appointment with great trepidation, as my only previous encounter with a hygienist (at another practice, and over 20 years ago) was one of the worst episodes of my life.I came out really happy with how painless and stress-free the treatment had been. Natasha also gave very helpful guidance, in the nicest possible way, on the best way to clean teeth and use mouthwash. Now all that remains is for me to put her good advice into practice!

I am a nervous patient due to horrendous previous dental experience so was happy with Mrs Lewis, I was wary when i was switched to Gemma but she turned out to be the best. Ive only had check up so far with new dentist but found it a bit rougher already.See what happens
